With an open layout, seating for groups of various sizes, and access to high-speed internet, it’s the perfect venue for workshops, mixers, seminars, or social gatherings. Guests enjoy access to amenities such as presentation screens, complimentary coffee and tea, and other refreshments available for purchase. Located within 3 Cubed Coworking, the space offers a professional yet welcoming atmosphere to connect, collaborate, and host memorable events.

YOU’VE JOINED OUR COMMUNITY — NOW WHAT?

Whether you’ve signed up for a membership plan or booked one of our meeting rooms, welcome to 3 Cubed! Here’s everything you need to know to get started.

1. Check Your Email
After signing up for a plan or making a meeting room booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your next steps. This email will include a prompt to download the Optix app, which is where you’ll manage your account, bookings, purchases, and more.

Can’t wait? You can download the Optix app directly from the App Store or Google Play Store. Just search for Optix.

2. Download the App & Set Up Your Account
Once you’ve downloaded the app, sign in using the same email address you used when signing up or making your booking.

The app will walk you through completing your profile, including setting your name and creating a password. Once that’s finished, you’re officially in!

3. Explore the App
Now that you’re logged in, take a look around! The Optix app is your hub for everything 3 Cubed.

At the top of the Home page, you’ll find:

Meeting Rooms – View available meeting rooms and make bookings.
Marketplace – Purchase drinks, snacks, and other items available at 3 Cubed.
Messages – Use the conversation bubble in the top-right corner to reach out to a 3 Cubed admin.

At the bottom of the Home page, you’ll find navigation for:

Home – Return to your main dashboard.
Announcements – Stay up to date on news and updates from 3 Cubed.
Directory – Browse our community member directory.
Settings – Manage your account and view important information.

From Settings, you can view and update your profile, see past and upcoming bookings, review purchases, sign up for plans, check your available resource-booking allowances (depending on your plan), update your payment methods, and view past and upcoming invoices.
