Kaitlyn Gardner brings a rich background in property management and small business marketing to her role as COO of 3 Cubed Coworking. After witnessing the challenges faced by businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic, Kaitlyn became passionate about creating spaces that foster connection, collaboration, and productivity. She has worked closely with the owner of the building to bring the vision of 3 Cubed Coworking to life, helping to build a thriving community where professionals can grow together. Kaitlyn’s leadership and dedication ensure that 3 Cubed continues to be a welcoming and innovative space for all. In her free time, Kait enjoys spending time with her children including her fur baby Bailey, going to Bible study, and challenging anyone who knows how to play chess to a match in the break room.

Lyssa's ability to handle diverse tasks with a positive attitude makes them an invaluable asset to our team and your team as well. Lyssa is more than capable of assisting both 3 Cubed Coworking's clients and the clients of our customers. We are so excited to have Lyssa here! In her free time, Lyssa likes to travel and spend time with her dog and her partner. She also enjoys going to concerts, working on cars with her partner, and hosting game nights for her friends and family.

Bailey may not have a badge or be able to talk, but she's got the skills that matter. Hired as 3 Cubed Coworking's new Head of Security, Bailey’s job is simple: protect the premises, bark at anything suspicious, sniff-spect new people, and look incredibly adorable while doing it. With a nose that can sniff out a crumb from five blocks away and an undying loyalty to the treat jar, Bailey is on medium alert 24/7. In her free time, (and occasionally while on the clock), Bailey enjoys napping in a chair, giving hugs to anyone who asks, and playing with her toys.
